Receives Top Rating for Architecture in Landmark Industry Study of Integrated Talent Management

Workstream is one of only four vendors named in the report, Talent Management Suites: Market Realities, Implementation Experiences, and Vendor Profiles, to earn top marks for recruiting management, performance management and compensation management, widely regarded as the three most critical components of talent management.

In addition to earning four out of a possible four stars for Architecture, Workstream earned three stars in each of the following categories: Product Strength and Breadth, Experience, and Completeness of Vision. The Architecture category rating is based on Workstream’s approach to software development, use of the latest platform-independent technologies, availability of tools and services to support integration efforts, and adoption of the on-demand delivery model for its core enterprise-class product.
