John Long, Chief Executive Officer
John Long became the Chief Executive Officer of Workstream on August 16, 2010. Previously, John was the CEO of First Advantage Corporation. John grew First Advantage from a small division of First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) into a stand-alone publicly traded company with a $1.4 billion market cap. Prior to that, John was instrumental in establishing and building First American’s Real Estate Information Business (FAREIS) where he served as President and CEO. It was while at FAREIS that John first perfected his strategy of building customer-centric software and service businesses. Using this strategy of building businesses around the needs of customers, John grew FAREIS from $7 million to more than $750 million in revenue.
Ezra Schneier, Corporate Development Officer
Ezra Schneier is responsible for Corporate and Business Development efforts at Workstream. Before joining Workstream, Ezra was the Vice President of Corporate Development at First Advantage. While at First Advantage, Ezra worked closely with John Long to identify strategic opportunities to grow business. By identifying the needs of the company’s clients, Ezra successfully expanded the business’s product offering from the initial background screening offering to include applicant tracking, interactive recruiting, skill testing, tax credit and incentive administration, risk mitigation, and data management.
David Kennedy, Chief Operating Officer
David Kennedy joined Workstream on August 16, 2010. He is responsible for the operations of each of Workstream’s business units. Prior to joining Workstream, David was the Executive Vice President, Operations for First Advantage’s Investigative and Litigation Consulting Segment. While at First Advantage, David also served as President of the company’s Background Verification Group. David recruited management teams, and ran ongoing business operations and information technology. He helped identify acquisition targets, expanded the business domestically and internationally, and launched new product lines.
Tushar Ghoshal, CTO and Executive Vice President of Products and Hosting
Tushar Ghoshal is responsible for Talent Center product strategy, technology vision, R&D, and enterprise cloud hosting. Tushar joined Workstream in 2003. Through coordination of the overall product direction and fulfillment of Workstream’s Talent Center, Tushar heads the overall IT strategy, ongoing re-engineering efforts, and enterprise application planning. Prior to Workstream, Tushar served as Senior Software Engineer and Architect at Second Foundation, Inc., and he served at Tata Consultancy Services in various software engineering capacities. Tushar received his Masters Degree in Computer Science from Maharishi Dayanand University, and Bachelors degree in Physics, from Delhi University, India.
Monica Barr, General Manager - Omni Partners
Monica Barr is the General Manager of Omni Partners, a division of Career Networks. Following 20+ years of success in general management and strategic leadership roles in a wide range of industries, Monica joined the Workstream family of companies in 2006. Skilled in building high-performing teams, she oversees all aspects of business development and operations at Omni Partners, including customer service and the development of products designed to support Omni's executive and corporate clients in achieving their goals for career advancement. |
